A cosmetics quotation is more than a unit price. It reflects a combination of formula, processing, packaging, decoration, order quantity, lead time and purchase terms.
Start by making the conditions comparable. Confirm the product specification, pack components, MOQ, production quantity, delivery terms and what is included or excluded in each quotation.
Then review the complete cost structure. Formula, container, pump or cap, label, carton, finishing and logistics can each change the commercial result. A lower initial quote may not remain lower once specifications or order conditions change.
The goal is to select an option that supports the right quality, timing, supply stability and target cost for your brand.
