On-the-Ground Production Coordination & Inspection

YOUR LOCAL PRODUCTION COORDINATOR IN KOREA

We act as your local production contact in Korea, coordinating with manufacturers and packaging suppliers, visiting the production site and keeping your team informed from scheduling through finished-goods checks.

  • Production schedule coordination: align material arrivals, filling, packing and shipment milestones, and follow up on delays.
  • On-site production checks: visit the factory at agreed stages and check progress against your approved brief and samples.
  • Finished-goods inspection: check appearance, packaging, labels and quantities against the agreed inspection scope before shipment.
  • Factory communication: clarify requirements, coordinate issue resolution and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Progress reporting: share site observations, photos and updates so your team can make decisions remotely.

Visit timing, inspection criteria, sampling and reporting are agreed for each project. Specialist laboratory testing and certification are separate scopes.
