Korean ODM quotations can look simple while hiding important operating assumptions. Before comparing suppliers, ask which formula, packaging components, decoration methods, quality checks and production conditions the quotation is based on.
MOQ matters at several levels. A formula, a packaging component and a finished product can each have different minimums. A project can meet the finished-goods MOQ while still carrying a higher cost because one component has a larger purchase requirement.
Clarify the development scope as well. Sample rounds, formula adaptation, testing, artwork and packaging compatibility may be handled differently by each manufacturer.
A useful quotation review turns the document into a shared project brief: what is being made, in what quantity, to what standard and on what timeline.
